WHO IT'S FOR
Made for fashion and lifestyle bloggers
A lifestyle blog has two jobs: to make people want to read on, and to send them to the things you love. Romy is built for both. An ivory, stone and caramel palette with a denim-blue accent, Cormorant Garamond headlines, framed portrait images and hand-drawn botanical sprigs take care of the first; ShopCard product cards, edited collections and a Shop My Picks page take care of the second.
Start from a finished lifestyle blog
Upload the demo package on Romy's own import screen, tick what you want and click once: five pages, six posts and their categories, twelve ShopCard picks and four collections, the templates, both menus, colours, fonts and presets. Nothing you already have is deleted or overwritten.
ShopCard, included free
The product card plugin we sell on its own comes in the box, already styled to match. The demo uses it on the Home, About and Shop My Picks pages, so you can see exactly how your picks will look.
Rebrand without rebuilding
Five colours are mapped to Divi's own Primary, Secondary, Heading, Body and Link, so a new palette is five changes rather than five hundred.
THE PAGES
Five pages and six posts, ready for yours
Home, About, Journal, Shop My Picks and Contact are all in the demo import, along with six journal posts across Fashion, Lifestyle, Beauty and Travel, and Theme Builder templates for the header and footer, single posts, category archives, search results and the contact page.

FEATURES
Everything a lifestyle blog needs
ShopCard is included, free
Most lifestyle themes leave affiliate links to you: pasted into text, scattered across posts and a chore to keep up to date. Romy comes with ShopCard, the Divi 5 product card plugin we sell separately, already styled to match.
It's the full plugin, not a cut-down version: save each product once with its image, retailer, price, description and link, then place it anywhere with the ShopCard Item module, or group several into a ShopCard Collection.

Change a price once, everywhere
Every card reads from the product you saved, so when a price changes or a link moves, you edit it in one place and every card that shows it updates, on every page.
Links can be marked sponsored or nofollow across the whole site, with an override on any single product, and each card can carry a disclosure line. A shortcode covers anywhere the builder doesn't reach.
Posts that keep working
Theme Builder templates style every journal post, category archive and search result automatically, so new posts look right the moment you publish them. Six sample posts show you how.
A shop page, already filled
Shop My Picks arrives with twelve sample products as single cards and edited collections, plus a picks band on the home page and a collection on About.
Two presets, every card
ShopCard items and collections each have their own preset, so one change restyles every card on the site to suit your brand.
Built properly
Native Divi 5 modules throughout, and ShopCard's modules are native Divi 5 modules too, so there's nothing else to install or maintain. Translation ready with .pot files for the theme and ShopCard, and GPL licensed.

MAKE IT YOURS
Your brand in a few changes
Romy is built on Divi 5's design system, so the look of the whole site lives in a handful of settings rather than on every page.
- Colours: an eight-colour palette, with Divi's own Primary, Secondary, Heading, Body and Link mapped onto it.
- Fonts: Cormorant Garamond for headlines and Red Hat Text for running text and menus, set once as global fonts and used everywhere.
- Presets: twelve named module presets for buttons, headings, text, sections and ShopCard, so your edits stay consistent from page to page, right down to the product cards.
- Menus: a main menu with a Journal dropdown of your categories, and a category top bar, both ready to rename.

FAQ
Questions before you buy
Is Divi included?
No. Romy is a child theme for Divi 5, so you'll need Divi installed and active. You can get it from Elegant Themes using the link above.
Is the photography included?
No. The demo photographs are for preview only. Your download has fourteen labelled placeholders in their place, each marked with its name and size, so you can swap in your own photographs slot by slot.
Will importing the demo overwrite my existing site?
No. The import only adds content. Nothing you already have is deleted or overwritten.
Do I need any other plugins?
Only ShopCard, and it's included. Romy uses Divi 5's own modules throughout, and ShopCard adds the product card and collection as native Divi 5 modules.
Is ShopCard the full plugin?
Yes. It's the same ShopCard we sell on its own, not a cut-down version. [TBC: how ShopCard updates are licensed for Romy buyers]
Can I use Romy on a client's website?
Yes. Each licence covers one website, whether it's your own or a client's. For a second site, buy a second licence.
How do updates work?
Your licence includes a year of updates. Activate your licence key in your WordPress dashboard and new versions of Romy will appear with your other updates, ready to install in one click.
What happens after the first year?
Your licence renews automatically at $49.50 a year, which keeps updates coming as Divi, WordPress and PHP change. If you'd rather not renew, you can cancel any time from your account. You keep the version of Romy you have and can carry on using it, but it won't receive any further updates, so future versions of Divi, WordPress or PHP may eventually stop parts of it working as intended.
How do I get help?
The documentation covers installation, importing, replacing the images, colours and fonts, the pages, ShopCard on Romy, Theme Builder templates, forms, earning from your site and troubleshooting, and there's a separate ShopCard guide. If you're still stuck, open a ticket and I'll reply within one or two working days.
What if Romy isn't right for me?
[TBC: refund answer and link to Terms & refunds once the policy is written]
